RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY – CLASSIFIED PURE

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

A product can only be returned or exchanged if it is found damaged upon receipt. We will facilitate an exchange in cases where the product delivered is damaged or not as per your order specifications.

You can contact our customer service via email by attaching:

  • Photographic evidence of the product received
  • A picture of the invoice
  • Your order ID

Complaint Time Frame

The complaint escalation period is strictly within 24 hours of receiving the product.
No complaints after this timeframe will be entertained.

If any items in your order are received in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Pack slip

⚠️ Please note:

  • Claims reported after 24 hours will not be considered
  • Do not dispose of the product, as it may be required for return to qualify for replacement

What if there is a defect in the order received?

In case a defective item is delivered anywhere in Pakistan:

  • Classified Pure will arrange a pickup through its courier partner
  • Pickup date and timing will be communicated in advance

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Product photos (clearly showing the defect)
  • Invoice copy
  • Courier airway bill

These can be shared via email or WhatsApp with our customer service team.

Upon receiving the returned item, Classified Pure will issue a replacement as per the invoice.

Again, the complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise it will not be processed.
